Am I Eligible for HCTC

The HCTC is a tax credit that helps a specific population of individuals pay for health insurance premiums. If the HCTC Program is notified by your State workforce agency that you are eligible for the tax credit, you will receive an HCTC Program Kit and Registration Form in the mail.

This eligibility notification must be received by the HCTC Administration and provided to Healthcare Group (HCG) prior to enrollment.
