The Health Coverage Tax Credit Program

The Health Coverage Tax Credit Program (HCTC) is a unique program that pays 80% of qualified health insurance premiums for certain trade-affected workers, retirees, and their families. Eligibility is determined by the HCTC Administration and proof of this eligibility must be presented at the time of enrollment with Healthcare Group (HCG). HCG is currently the only HCTC-qualified program for Arizona.

The HCTC Program partners with companies, unions, the Department of Labor, State workforce agencies, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, State Departments of Insurance, and tax professionals to administer the HCTC.
