Healthcare Group of Arizona offers healthcare coverage options for small business owners and their employees, however does not offer individual coverage.

As a State-sponsored program, Healthcare Group is subject to State laws and legislative mandates. AZ Statute 36-2912 states that Healthcare Group of Arizona has authority to only offer healthcare coverage to small businesses that enroll two to 50 eligible employees.
