The Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) is the collection of formal rules that Arizona State agencies publish about the programs they run. The state rules about Healthcare Group are found in Title 9 of the Arizona Administrative Code, Chapter 27.
The Arizona State Legislature passed House Bill 2275 on June 27, 2008, which contains provisions that affect Healthcare Group coverage. The provisions pertaining to HCG coverage are effective September 27, 2008.
